Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is easy to understand. We reserve appointments for you so we ask that you give appropriate notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that it can be filled. No shows are inconsiderate so please be courteous and contact our team if you know you can’t attend your appointment.

As a courtesy, we send reminder text messages 4 days prior to your appointment, we ask that you reply as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you, we do follow up with a call and if we miss you we leave a voicemail. Please return our calls as appointments are at a premium and if we don’t hear from you we may need to cancel your appointment.

Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in a charge.

Please provide 24 hours cancellation notice or a 50% fee will be charged. No Shows attract a 100% fee as others are deprived of that appointment. Thank you.

Repeat offenders future appointments will only be accepted with payment of a deposit.

Gift Vouchers will be cancelled should you no show for an apt without adequate notice.

Please note all Make Up bookings that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice will still be charged in full as we outsource our Make Up artists and thus they’ve already been booked specifically for you.

Please note all Public Holidays incur a 20% surcharge on single services.
